1. Many of the interface elements found in LayOut are identical to those found in SketchUp, including a
Title Bar, menus, toolbars, and a status bar
2.LayOut lets you combine multiple pieces of content together into a presentation. Whether you are
working with SketchUp models, images, or text, LayOut is the platform for bringing it all together.
3.The Document Setup dialog box is divided into five panels that are selected from the list at the
left — General, Grid, Paper, References, and Units. The General panel includes fields for typing the
layout’s name and a description.
4. One of the key features of the LayOut program is the ability to print the current document. Within
the File menu are three commands for printing the current document: Page Setup, Print Preview,
and Print.
5.New pages can be added to the current document by clicking the Add a New Page button at the
top of the panel. Selected pages can be duplicated or removed by clicking the other buttons, also at
the top of the panel.
6. You can access the customization features by choosing View ➪ Toolbars ➪ Customize.
7. The Customize dialog box includes buttons for creating, renaming, and removing new toolbars.
There is also an option to Reset the current toolbar using the Reset button
